Use the vMail NSF to PST Converter application. All mailbox data items, including emails, calendars, contacts, journals, attachments, tasks, and so forth, are stored using this program in addition to other file formats, including PST, EML, EMLX, MSG, HTML, MHTML, MBOX, and so forth. Any size of Lotus Notes contacts can be imported into Outlook using this free software. The mailbox contacts can be accessed at any time and from any place. All NSF file contacts can be imported unchanged into Outlook PST files.

To manually convert an NSF (Notes Storage Facility) file to PST (Personal Storage Table) format, you can follow these steps:

Install Lotus Notes:
If you don't have Lotus Notes installed on your computer, download and install it from the official IBM website.

Export NSF File to CSV:
Open Lotus Notes.
Open the NSF file you want to convert.
Go to the "File" menu and select "Export".
In the Export dialog box, choose a location to save the exported file.
Select "Structured Text" or "Comma Separated Value" as the file type.
Specify a name for the exported file and click "Save".
Select the desired options for exporting, such as the specific data you want to export (emails, contacts, calendar entries, etc.).
Click "OK" to start the export process. Lotus Notes will export the selected data to a CSV file.

Convert CSV to PST:
Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Go to the "File" tab and select "Open & Export".
Choose "Import/Export" to open the Import and Export Wizard.
Select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next".
Choose "Comma Separated Values" as the file type and click "Next".
Browse to the location of the exported CSV file and select it.
Choose the desired options for importing, such as whether to import everything or select specific folders.
Select the destination folder in your Outlook profile where you want to import the data.
Click "Finish" to start the import process. Outlook will convert the CSV file to PST format and import the data into your Outlook profile.

Access the Data in the PST File:
In Microsoft Outlook, you will now see the imported PST file as a separate mailbox or folder hierarchy in the navigation pane.
You can access the data in the PST file, including emails, contacts, calendars, and other items, by expanding the imported PST folder.
