To fix a corrupted OST (Offline Outlook Data File) manually, you can try the following steps:

ScanOST.exe (Scanost):
Exit Outlook if it's open.
Locate the ScanOST.exe (or Scanost) tool on your computer. The default location is typically: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX, where XX represents the version of Office you have installed.
Double-click on ScanOST.exe to launch the tool.
In the Mailbox pane, select the OST file you want to repair.
Choose the appropriate settings for synchronization and click "Start Scan" or "Repair" to initiate the scanning process.
The tool will analyze and repair the OST file. If any errors are found, it will attempt to fix them automatically.
Once the repair process is complete, open Outlook and check if the OST file is functioning correctly.
Note: ScanOST.exe is no longer available in Outlook 2010 and later versions. Microsoft recommends using the Inbox Repair Tool (ScanPST.exe) instead.

ScanPST.exe (Inbox Repair Tool):
Close Outlook if it's running.
Locate the ScanPST.exe (or Inbox Repair Tool) on your computer. The default location is typically: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX, where XX represents the version of Office you have installed.
Double-click on ScanPST.exe to launch the tool.
In the "Enter the name of the file you want to scan" field, browse and select the OST file you want to repair.
Click on the "Start" button to initiate the scanning process.
The tool will analyze the OST file and attempt to repair any errors or inconsistencies.
Once the repair process is complete, open Outlook and check if the OST file is functioning correctly.

Create a new Outlook profile:
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you can try creating a new Outlook profile and then synchronize it with your Exchange server to recreate the OST file.
Open the Control Panel on your computer.
Search for "Mail" and open the "Mail (32-bit)" or "Mail (64-bit)" application.
In the Mail Setup window, click on the "Show Profiles" button.
Click on the "Add" button to create a new profile.
Follow the prompts to enter a name for the profile and set up your email account.
Once the new profile is set up, open Outlook with the new profile and allow it to synchronize with the Exchange server to recreate the OST file.

Hope This Works,
Peter
