Step 1: Open Aid4Mail's settings. In Aid4Mail, select the Settings tab.
Step 2: Set an OST file as your source. In the Format list, select OST file.
Step 3: Set MSG files as your target. In the Format list, select MSG files.

Open Outlook application.
Then select a message that you want to move into MSG format.
Hit on File>>Save As.
Choose the saving location and give a file name. Press on Save.
