Open Outlook:
Ensure that you have Microsoft Outlook installed on your system.

Create a New PST File:
Open Outlook and create a new PST file by going to "File" > "New" > "Outlook Data File."

Import OST File:
Go to "File" > "Open & Export" > "Import/Export."
Choose "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
Browse and select the OST file you want to convert.
Choose the desired options for importing and click "Next."

Specify PST File Location:
Choose the location where you want to save the PST file and set the options for duplicates.
Click "Finish" to start the import process.
