Converting OLM (Outlook for Mac) to PST (Personal Storage Table) manually involves exporting the data from Outlook for Mac and importing it into Outlook for Windows. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

Export Data from Outlook for Mac (OLM):
a. Open Outlook for Mac on your computer.
b. Go to the "File" menu and select "Export..."
c. Choose the items or folders you want to export. You can select the entire mailbox or specific folders.
d. Select the "Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm)" format and click "Continue."
e. Choose the destination location to save the exported OLM file and provide a name for it.
