To convert an NSF (Lotus Notes) file to PST (Outlook data file) manually, you can follow these general steps:

Note: These steps assume you have access to a Windows computer with Lotus Notes and Microsoft Outlook installed.

Export NSF File from Lotus Notes:
Open Lotus Notes on your computer.
Open the NSF file you want to convert to PST.
Go to the "File" menu and select "Export" or "Export As" option.
Choose a location to save the exported NSF file and provide a name for it.
Select the file format as "Structured Text" or "Comma Separated Value" (CSV).
Click "OK" to begin the export process. Wait for Lotus Notes to complete the export.

Import CSV File into Microsoft Outlook:
Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Go to the "File" menu and select "Open & Export" or "Open" option.
Choose "Import/Export" from the list.
In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
Choose "Comma Separated Values" and click "Next."
Click "Browse" to locate the CSV file you exported from Lotus Notes and select it.
Choose the desired options for importing, such as where to import the data and whether to allow duplicates or replace duplicates, and click "Next."
Select the folder where you want to import the data or choose the top-level folder to import everything, and click "Finish."
Wait for Outlook to import the data from the CSV file. This may take some time depending on the size of the file.

Verify the Imported Data:
Once the import process is complete, navigate through the folders in Outlook to ensure that the data has been imported correctly.
Check your emails, contacts, calendar items, and other data to ensure everything is in order.
