To manually export Lotus Notes database NSF files to Outlook PST, you can follow these steps:

Set up a Lotus Notes account:
Install and set up Lotus Notes on your computer.
Create a new Lotus Notes account or use an existing one.
Make sure you have the necessary permissions and access to the NSF files you want to export.

Open Lotus Notes and the NSF file:
Launch Lotus Notes on your computer.
Enter your login credentials to open your Lotus Notes account.
Open the NSF file you want to export to Outlook PST.

Create a new PST file in Outlook:
Open Outlook on your computer.
If you don't have an existing PST file, create a new one:
Go to the "File" tab and select "New" and then "Outlook Data File."
Choose the type of PST file you want to create (e.g., Outlook Personal File or Office Outlook Personal Folders File).
Specify the location and name for the PST file and set a password if desired.

Export Lotus Notes data to a CSV file:
In Lotus Notes, go to the "File" menu and select "Export."
Choose the "Tabular Text" or "Structured Text" format for the export.
Select the desired NSF file and specify the export location and name for the CSV file.
Configure the export options as needed, including the fields to export.
Click "OK" or "Export" to start the export process.

Import the CSV file into Outlook:
In Outlook, go to the "File" tab and select "Open & Export" or "Open."
Choose "Import/Export" from the options.
In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
Choose "Comma Separated Values" as the file type and click "Next."
Browse and select the CSV file you exported from Lotus Notes.
Select the destination folder in your Outlook PST file where you want to import the data.
Configure the import options as needed and click "Finish" to start the import process.

Greetings,
Peter
