To manually convert Exchange OST mails to Outlook PST, you can follow these steps:

Open Outlook with a connected Exchange account:
Ensure that you have Outlook installed and connected to your Exchange account.
This is necessary to access and export the contents of your Exchange OST file.

Export OST mailbox data to a PST file:
In Outlook, go to the "File" tab and select "Open & Export" or "Open."
Choose "Import/Export" from the options.
In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Export to a file" and click "Next."
Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
Select the mailbox or folder you want to export (e.g., Inbox, Sent Items, etc.).
Specify the destination location and file name for the exported PST file.
Optionally, choose any desired options for handling duplicates or subfolders.
Click "Finish" to start the export process.

Create a new Outlook profile and connect it to a dummy or temporary Exchange account:
Open the Control Panel on your computer.
Search for "Mail" and open the "Mail (32-bit)" or "Mail (64-bit)" application.
In the Mail Setup window, click on the "Show Profiles" button.
Click on the "Add" button to create a new profile.
Follow the prompts to enter a name for the profile and set up a dummy or temporary Exchange account.
Once the profile is created, open Outlook with this new profile.

Import the PST file into the new Outlook profile:
In Outlook, go to the "File" tab and select "Open & Export" or "Open."
Choose "Import/Export" from the options.
In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next."
Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next."
Browse and select the PST file you exported in Step 2.
Select the folders or items you want to import and choose the desired import options.
Click "Finish" to start the import process.

Greetings,
Peter
