Thank you so much for sharing valuable information. I found this very helpful. Both GRE and IELTS are meant for clearing the pre-requisites of a foreign institute or organisation. But the major difference between GRE and IELTS is that GRE is for pursuing a Masters Degree, whereas IELTS is an English proficiency test giving validation to one's proficiency in the English language.
