However, you can achieve this by converting the OST file to a PST (Outlook Personal Storage Table) file and then importing the PST into Office 365. Here are the steps to do it manually:

Step 1: Convert OST to PST

Open Outlook: Ensure that Outlook is installed on your computer.

Create a New PST Data File:

Open Outlook and click on "File."
Select "Account Settings" and then "Data Files."
Click "Add" to create a new PST data file.
Give the PST file a name and choose a location to save it.
Import OST into PST:

Click "File" and select "Open & Export."
Choose "Import/Export."
Select "Export to a file" and click "Next."
Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" as the file type and click "Next."
Select the mailbox associated with the OST file you want to export.
Choose the PST file you created earlier as the destination.
Complete the Export: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the export process. This will create a PST file containing the data from your OST file.

Step 2: Import PST into Office 365

Access Office 365:

Log in to your Office 365 account using a web browser.
Access Outlook:

In the Office 365 portal, click on the "App Launcher" (nine-dot grid) and select "Outlook."
Import PST:

Click on the gear icon (Settings) in the upper-right corner and choose "View all Outlook settings."
Choose Import:

In the Settings pane, select "General" and then choose "Import email."
Upload Your PST:

Click "Choose a PST file" and select the PST file you created earlier.
Choose the mailbox where you want to import the data.
Start Import:

Click "Next" and follow the prompts to start the import process.
Monitor Progress:

The import may take some time depending on the size of the PST file. You can monitor the progress, and you'll receive an email notification when it's complete.
