Converting OST (Offline Storage Table) files to Office 365 manually can be a bit challenging, as OST files are typically associated with an Exchange mailbox and are not meant to be directly imported into Office 365. However, you can achieve the migration manually by following these steps:

Step 1: Create a New Outlook Profile
Close Microsoft Outlook if it's open.
Go to the Windows Control Panel.
Search for "Mail" or "Mail (32-bit)" (depending on your Windows version) and open the Mail applet.
Click on "Show Profiles" and then "Add" to create a new Outlook profile.
Follow the prompts to set up the new profile, and add your Office 365 account to it.

Step 2: Enable Cached Exchange Mode
Open Microsoft Outlook with the newly created profile.
Go to "File" > "Account Settings" > "Account Settings."
Select your Office 365 account and click on "Change."
In the new window, check the box for "Use Cached Exchange Mode."
Click "Next," and then "Finish."

Step 3: Download Mailbox Data
Allow Outlook to sync your Office 365 mailbox with the new OST file. This process will download your mailbox data to the new OST file associated with your Office 365 profile.

Step 4: Upload Data to Office 365
Once all your mailbox data is synchronized and downloaded to the new OST file, you can move it to Office 365.
To do this, you will need to be connected to the internet, and Outlook will need to be online to upload the data.
If you encounter any issues with the automatic sync, try restarting Outlook or your computer.

Greetings,
Peter
