About the Author
Sarwat Parvez journey through the microscopic world has been one of profound discovery and contribution. As a retired Microbiologist with a specialization in Mycology, Sarwat dedicated two decades to research and teaching at King Saud University's Department of Microbiology in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. There, Sarwat's expertise flourished, resulting in the publication of over 60 research articles that shed light on various facets of fungi. In 2001, a new chapter began at Prince Sultan Military Medical City's Department of Medical Microbiology, where Sarwat's insights continued to enrich the field for 16 years, culminating in 10 more research articles and the authoritative book “Morphological Guide of Human and Animal Pathogenic Fungi & Medical Mycology Lab Manual.”
