If there is a flight cancellation due to weather or airport conditions, the assistance will be taken care of by Volaris’s customer service team. Under
Volaris flight cancellation rules, they will be available to book your new flight with another carrier in order to get you back on your way as soon as possible. But suppose it's due to technical difficulties. In that case, Volaris has a policy that customers who cancel their flight within 24 hours of departure will receive a full refund of their ticket fee.
