If the account was disabled by you unintentionally then you just need login again. However, if you choose to permanently delete your account, you will only have a 30-day window in which to reactivate it.
You can't get your account back if it's been more than 30 days after you marked it for permanent deletion. Instead, create a new Facebook account. Now just type your email id or phone number. Type the password you used to log in with. Select the log-in option. Then you will get the option of cancel deletion option, just select that option.
