If the account was disabled by you unintentionally then you just need login again. However, if you choose to permanently delete your account, you will only have a 30-day window in which to reactivate it.
You can't get your account back if it's been more than 30 days after you marked it for permanent deletion. Instead, create a new Facebook account. Now just type your email id or phone number. Type the password you used to log in with. Select the log-in option. Then you will get the option of cancel deletion option, just select that option. This is how you can permanently disabled facebook account.

If you have disabled your own Facebook account and wish to recover it, you can follow these steps:

Go to the Facebook login page and enter your email address or phone number and password associated with the disabled account.

If your account has been disabled, you should see a message indicating that your account has been disabled and providing you with a link to request a review of your account. Click on that link.

You will be taken to a form where you can provide more information about why you believe your account was disabled by mistake. Fill out the form with accurate and relevant information.
