To manually export Lotus Notes database NSF files to Outlook PST, you can follow these steps:

Set up a Lotus Notes account:
Install and set up Lotus Notes on your computer.
Create a new Lotus Notes account or use an existing one.
Make sure you have the necessary permissions and access to the NSF files you want to export.

Open Lotus Notes and the NSF file:
Launch Lotus Notes on your computer.
Enter your login credentials to open your Lotus Notes account.
Open the NSF file you want to export to Outlook PST.

Create a new PST file in Outlook:
Open Outlook on your computer.
If you don't have an existing PST file, create a new one:
Go to the "File" tab and select "New" and then "Outlook Data File."
