Dr. John R. Curran, our practice has been an integral part of the Assabet Valley and Metro West communities since 1987. Dr. Curran, a highly qualified and Board Certified Diplomate of both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Gastroenterology, brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the field.
Having graduated from Georgetown University and obtained his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine, Dr. Curran has further honed his skills through rigorous training, completing his medical internship at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, his medical residency at the Veteran Administration Long Beach Healthcare System in Long Beach, California, and his prestigious gastroenterology fellowship at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. As an active member of several esteemed medical organizations, including the Massachusetts Medical Society, the American Gastroenterological Association, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, Dr. Curran stays at the forefront of medical advancements and best practices.
