I'm looking for insights on how ETO sterilization compares to steam sterilization, particularly when it comes to sterilizing delicate instruments. I've read that ETO sterilization is preferred for heat-sensitive items, but I wonder how it holds up in terms of effectiveness and safety compared to steam. Does anyone have experience with both methods, and which would you recommend for sterilizing delicate medical devices like endoscopes or catheters?
